Fast Fit uses safe, painless, and completely non-invasive LED light technology that targets troubled areas of the body and safely shrinks fat.

How does light work to shrink the fat cells?
Light energy emitted by the diffused light safely penetrates the patient’s skin. At specific frequencies, coherence and power settings, fat cells absorb the electromagnetic energy from the light.
When enough energy is absorbed, transitory (short-lived) pores form on the surface of the fat cells. Water, glycerol and free fatty acids are broken down and released through the body’s natural cleansing.
As a result, the fat cells are smaller which results in inch loss, fat loss and often a reduction in the appearance of cellulite. The light also stimulates fibroblasts, strengthening the collagen and elastin fibers to tone and tighten your skin. So there’s more benefit than just shrinking inches! Where does the fat go?
The technology causes the adipose cells to be permeated causing a release of water, glycerol and free fatty acids. The triglycerides (water, glycerol free fatty acids) are normally released from fat cells when the body needs energy. In this case, once released, the glycerol and free fatty acids are used by the body as an energy source and the adipose cells “shrink” significantly resulting in lost inches. Clients will have an increase in bowel movements hours after their sessions.
We encourage clients to go for a brisk walk or do some sort of physical activity to burn the free fatty acids.

Does Fast Fit Technology destroy fat cells?
Fast Fit Technology is designed specifically NOT to destroy fat cells. Most people have the same number of fat cells from the time they hit puberty through the rest of their life. What determines their shape and health is how full their fat cells are with fatty acids and toxins.
We do not believe in destroying fat cells for two reasons. The first reason is that stem cells are contained around fat cells, and when you destroy fat cells you risk destroying the stem cells as well. The second reason we do not believe in destroying fat cells is because it does not solve the problem of getting rid of the actual fatty acids and toxins contained in the fat cells.
Fast Fit Technology is designed to safely emulsify the fat cell wall temporarily, allowing the fatty acids to leak out to be used for fuel or to leave the body through natural processes. Is Fast Fit Technology harmful to non-fat carrying cells in the body?
Absolutely not! In fact, Fast Fit Technology is extremely beneficial for the entire body. Fat cells function by releasing fatty acids for fuel, while the other cells in the body have very different functions from that of a fat cell.
While our technology helps clients safely and effectively shrink fat cells, it also helps them restore hydration and oxygenation to all the other cells in the body!

Body Sculpting sessions are sold only as specific packages to guarantee results. Payment plans are available for most clients with payments as low as $99 a month.
Is this covered by insurance?
It is not covered by insurance. Our centers can help you get a no-interest or low-interest loan right on the spot. But, most clients find our services affordable for what we do. These clients pay their full enrollment fee with cash, check or credit card and often begin their first fat loss session the same day!
